House rules,
written down.
These terms govern every stay, event and gaming visit at OfferQuestHub in Edmonton. They exist so that both sides know the deal before the first chip is bought — plain language, no asterisks, honoured face-to-face.
Who we are & who can visit
OfferQuestHub Entertainment Ltd., Alberta Corp. No. 3024781965, operates the hotel, casino and event venues at 8308 144 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5E 2H4. By booking with us or entering the gaming floor, you accept these terms.
19+ with valid ID
Government photo ID is checked at the front desk and at lounge doors. No ID, no entry — no exceptions.
Self-exclusion honoured
Guests on Alberta’s self-exclusion list or our own house list will be respectfully refused.
Sober judgment
We may decline service to visibly intoxicated guests — on the floor and at the front desk.

One person, one booking. Reservations are personal; the guest named on the booking must be the one who checks in with their own ID.
Bookings, deposits & cancellations
Requests made through our contact form, by phone or in person are confirmed in writing the same business day whenever possible. A booking exists once we confirm it and the deposit is received.
Rooms: one night’s deposit holds the reservation; the balance is settled at check-in. Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival.
Event halls & party venues: 25% at signing, balance on the event day. Cancellation tiers are written into the event contract.
Deposits: taken at the desk or by phone. We never ask for payment through links in unexpected emails — if in doubt, call the front desk.
Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars with taxes included, and are guaranteed once confirmed. Suite benefits (floor credit, lounge access, transfers) apply only for the nights booked in that tier — the full picture is on the services page.

Venue conduct & gaming rules
The floor runs on AGL regulations and a few house rules that keep it fair for everyone:
Dealer’s call is final
Table disputes are settled by the floor supervisor, whose decision closes the matter. Cameras record every table.
Phones away at tables
No calls or betting apps at the felt — step away from the table first. It protects you as much as the game.
Zero tolerance
Cheating, card marking, chip theft or harassment end the visit immediately and may be reported to the AGL.
Play responsibly
Limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion are available at the cage — ask any host, confidentially.

Private events: the organiser is responsible for their guests’ conduct in the party venue, and all AGL rules apply there exactly as on the main floor.
The offline-only policy
To be unambiguous: OfferQuestHub is a 100% offline, in-person experience. There is no online casino, no betting app, no remote tables and no play-by-proxy. Every activity we sell happens face-to-face at our brick-and-mortar location on 144 Avenue.

This means:
No account balance you can play with from home — chips exist only at the venue.
No third-party site or app reselling our experiences is authorised; if you find one, it is fraudulent — please tell us.
No remote participation in events, draws or tournaments — you must be physically present to play.
Liability & responsible gaming
We operate the venue with professional care — trained staff, maintained equipment and licensed procedures. Our liability for any claim connected to your stay or visit is limited to the amounts you paid us for the affected booking, except where the law provides otherwise.
Gaming outcomes are matters of chance; past results never guarantee future ones. Guests are responsible for their own play within their means. Free, confidential help is available at the cage, and through Alberta’s problem gambling resources, at any hour.

Personal property: use the in-room safe for valuables. The venue is not liable for items left in public areas; found items are logged with the concierge for 90 days.
Intellectual property, governing law & changes
The OfferQuestHub name, brand assets and website content belong to OfferQuestHub Entertainment Ltd. You may share links freely; you may not reuse our materials commercially without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Alberta, unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
We may update these terms as services or regulations change; the effective date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are announced at the front desk and on this page.
